What we've built.

Eight engagements, one method: a senior micro-team driving AI agents under spec-driven delivery. Client work is named only with the client's written permission; everything else is described as it was delivered.

Our own ventures

Built and run by the studio. The playbooks come from here, and every one of them is being run this week.

Supramono

The studio's own AI venture engine: 68+ specialised agents for discovering, building and selling, an artifact pipeline as the single source of truth, agents committing code that deploys itself. The method, built as a product.

VirtualSpace and RealFusion

The studio's digital-twin company: RealNet (the Diamond Hierarchy and 16-code CSG kernel), RealScape viewers, and RealFusion - the SAP Visual Enterprise edition with native VDS import, the EBOM to MBOM to Order BOM thread and visual work instructions. Ten years of owned product R&D, plus the SAP VE services practice.

Rōpū

Alumni engagement and fundraising for schools - CRM, memberships, giving, tax receipts - productised from a live school system and launched with its anchor customer in production and a national channel partner. Majority-owned.

CenterOS

A data-centre infrastructure management product that had run on-premise for twenty years, on a stack that had stopped its development. The full feature set replicated on a modern cloud stack - plus extras - in about six months of a one-day-a-week fractional CTO / CMO engagement, held on equity. Now installing at a major New Zealand bank.

Infrairis

Sixty-second explainer videos for technology companies with a comprehension bottleneck. The narrative layer of the group, productised.

Effort here compounds into ownership, not billable hours - which is why the studio can afford to price client builds against the outcome.

Client builds

Client work is named only with the client's written permission; everything else is described as it was delivered.

Built for clients, alone or through agency partners

Enterprise legal-tech platform for government

Multi-tenant intellectual-property management platform delivered through an agency partner for a government client: Clean Architecture, CQRS and DDD, BDD acceptance tests, consumer-driven contract tests and end-to-end browser suites. A 3-5 person AI-amplified team took it to an enterprise MVP in under 12 months. Fractional CTO / Solutions Architect.

Two-sided marketplace MVP

Fractional Technical Director for a digital agency: a two-sided labour-marketplace mobile MVP, plus hiring and standing up the delivery team and process that would run it after handover.

ATUAS - a safety-critical computer-vision device

An aircraft-mounted device for a national gliding body that watches the towed glider and alerts the tow pilot to a dangerous position: NVIDIA Jetson Orin, RF-DETR detection, live video, audio and visual alerts. Hardware, machine learning and software, delivered near-solo, with real safety consequence.

How we build

1

Spec first

Humans write and review every spec. Agents ship every commit. Nothing is generated without a specification to check it against.

2

Gates on every release

BDD acceptance tests, consumer-driven contract tests and end-to-end browser suites. A release that fails a gate does not ship.

3

Milestones, not hours

Priced against your alternative and invoiced on shipped milestones. No milestone, no next invoice.

About this record

Client work is named only with the client's written permission. Where a name is missing, the engagement is described as delivered and a reference can be arranged with the client's consent.

Tell us what you're building and where it's stuck. You'll get a straight answer from someone who ships - not a pitch deck.
